Dried Chanterelle Mushrooms - 1oz

Chanterelle mushrooms have a peppery flavor and a slightly fruity (apricot) smell. Best used in soups, stews and sauces, chanterelles complement poultry, pork and egg dishes.


Dried mushrooms can be reconstituted in warm liquid for 15 - 20 minutes, and then used in any application in which fresh mushrooms are called for.
